We are a group of believers committed to glorifying God in our worship and life together in a way that is Christ-centered, rooted in the gospel, and Reformed by conviction. To make known the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ and build up the Church in sanctification.
Our Beliefs
The Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are breathed out by God, without error, fully authoritative, and sufficient for Christian faith and life. All of Scripture testifies to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Our understanding of Scripture is called “Reformed” in keeping with the Protestant Reformation of the 16th Century, and is spelled out in the Westminster Confession of Faith and Larger and Shorter Catechisms.
Our Worship
We are devoted to God’s glory above all human preferences.
We hold to the “regulative principle of worship,” meaning that all the activities in public worship must be specified in Scripture. This lets us worship with a clear conscience and confidence that God is pleased. We see our worship as a conversation between God and His covenant people, mediated by Christ (who is represented by His ambassador).
We sing both Psalms and theologically sound hymns, and devote much time in our worship to the study of God’s word which gives us life.
